The Craft Group will meet on Thursday 22nd January from 2pm to 3.30pm. Everyone warmly welcome.
These are the blankets that the members of the Craft Club have been knitting for the charity Hillhouse in Kilmarnock. They also knit baby hats which go to the labour suite at Crosshouse Hospital.
Members of the Crafts Group had a time of fellowship (and fun!) at the nearby Fox & Willow recently. Please email st_leonards@btinternet.com if you are interested in joining the group.
Donations for the Foodbank are urgently needed. Please place your items in the white baskets at the front of the church at any Sunday service. If you can help, the following items would be greatly appreciated – tinned mince, tinned chopped tomatoes, jam, diluting juice, UHT milk, dried rice and pasta sauce. Thank you.
An appeal for various items much needed on the frontline including all types of toiletries, wipes, soap, plasters, bandages, tea lights, batteries, dried food such as pot noodles, cuppa soups etc. Thermal socks are also a great idea. If you are able to help in any way, big or small, it would be much appreciated….
Everyone is welcome to the Friendship Group. This will be the last meeting of the current session; both the Friendship Group and the Craft Group will restart in the Autumn. Thank you to all who donated to the Craft Group sale on Easter Sunday, which raised a grand total of £54.
