Please join us at the Fun Choir on Thu 1st May from 7pm to 8pm. The emphasis is on Fun, you don’t need to be able to read music, or even consider yourself a “singer”, as long as you enjoy singing. You don’t need to be a member of the church, all are welcome. Meet in the Church Hall. Songs will include “Younger than Springtime”, “Happy talkin”, “Hello Dolly”, “Thank you for the music”, “When Irish eyes are smiling”, “We’ll gather lilacs” and many more.
Earlier this month St. Leonard’s Church, like so many groups and individuals, marked the 80th anniversary of VE (Victory in Europe) Day.
