David Murdoch has recently stepped down as our Session Clerk after serving us so conscientiously for 25 years. The Session have now appointed a successor to David. The new Clerk is Paul Marshall. Paul will being his duties at our next Session meeting on 21st August. Please keep David and Paul in your prayers

Thank you to everyone who supported Christian Aid Week. A total of £539.23 was raised and a cheque from St. Leonard’s sent to Christian Aid.
On the 4th May Fiona set off on the Dales Way, a beautiful long distance walk from Ilkley in Yorkshire to Windermere in Cumbria. Rolling hills, meandering rivers, quaint villages and baby lambs were just some of the highlights along the way. The walk was approx. 82 miles long and took 7 days to complete….
Our regular St Leonards Sunday morning teas in the hall raised £86 for Ayr and Prestwick Street Pastors on Sunday (25th May). St Leonard’s Church continues to be a strong supporter of this organisation which will shortly be celebrating its 10th anniversary.
The Flower Committee created a wonderful display for the church’s Easter celebrations. There was a variety of floral displays, from those which reflected the Easter story to fun arrangements.
